We are beyond excited to be hosting this weekly event at our Cedar Park restaurant, so, be sure to bring all your friends for a rollicking good time.
What It’s All About
For those of you who are unfamiliar with the concept of a crawfish boil, let us break it down for you. Originating in Louisiana, the crawfish boil is a meal in the Cajun tradition. Crawfish, tiny freshwater crustaceans resembling miniature lobsters, are boiled in large pots along with potatoes, corn & sausage. Spicy Cajun seasonings are also used to give the meal a bit of a kick.
Enjoy Live Entertainment, Too!
As you dine, you’ll be treated to some Zydeco music from local favorites, the Zydeco Angels, and a variety of other popular bands. Zydeco music is indigenous to the Creoles in Southern Louisiana. It features a unique blend of rhythm and blues, with accordions and washboards providing the primary sounds. This style of music provides the perfect backdrop for a crawfish boil and will help everyone get in the mood to party!
We’ve got plenty of room and plenty of seating, so feel free to bring all of your friends to join in on the fun. And with our two playgrounds, your little ones can come along, too. So, the next time you are looking for more than just a regular Cedar Park restaurant, come on down to Lone Star Grille!
